This is a legal agreement between you and 3minute Match. Please read this agreement carefully before attending an event. By reserving places for and or attending an event, by using our website, and by joining our mailing list, you agree to accept the terms and conditions of this agreement, our Reservations Policy and our Privacy Policy. If you don’t agree, then you may not use the website, join our mailing list, reserve places for events or attend any events at any time. This agreement is subject to change by us.

3MinuteMatch , shall for the purpose of this content be referred to as 3MinuteMatch throughout the Terms & Conditions of this website) events are reliant on an equal guy to girl ratio of attendees. Please notify us 7 days in advance if you need to reschedule your night out. Your purchase will not be issued a refund. Refunds will only be issued if the event is canceled by 3MinuteMatch. We normally get an even amount of men and women, however we do not guarantee an even gender ratio at any events. We do guarantee that if we have to cancel an event, you will receive a full refund or  you may attend another event.

We are not a matchmaking service. We do not in any way guarantee the results of any event. We do not guarantee that participants will receive mutual matches or that dates or relationships will occur from any mutual matches received. You the participant understand and acknowledge that we provide an opportunity for you to meet other single people. It is up to each individual to assess the suitability of a potential partner. We also take no responsibility in your mutual matches contacting you following the exchange of your contact information. We are not responsible for any outcome of any relationship that may or may not form between you and another individual as a result of one of our events.

By booking at our event you are confirming that you are over 21 years of age and single. You also agree that any and all information provided by you to us must be true.

We do not do background checks or screen in any way participants of our events, or verify the personal information of those attending each event. We therefore do not and can not guarantee that each client has supplied us with accurate information about their status. Please approach any contact with participants at one of our events with the same caution you would undertake when meeting other people you do not know.

You assume the full responsibility and risk in attending and participating in any of our events. By attending an event you agree that neither we nor our associates are liable for any damages, direct or indirect, that may arise from attending and partaking in our events. You agree to release us and our partners from any liability and take full responsibility regarding any person you meet at a our event and/or any event or situation arrising between yourself and someone you met through us. You also waive any and all liability against us in regards to any meetings or dates outside of our events with someone you met at our events and any situations that may arrise out of your meeting. This includes any damages, without limitation, arising out of communicating with other participants registered at our events. Such damages include, without limitation, physical damages, bodily injury and or emotional distress and discomfort.

We reserve the rights to reject any reservation to any event for any reason. We also reserve the right to remove anyone from an event if their behavior is non-compliant with our rules and regulations or acts in a manner that we deem rude, threatening, indecent, offensive or inappropriate.

We aim to offer the stated number of dates per event but this number cannot be guaranteed. Should participants not turn up without notice the number of dates may decrease.

You also understand and acknowledge that our events are held at venues over which we do not have any control. Therefore, in the event that you are injured or suffer damages in any regard at our event, you agree to release us, our affiliates or agents from any liability with respect thereto.

User agrees to indemnify and hold harmless 3MinuteMatch, its officers, directors, shareholders, consultants, Hosts and Area Managers (as defined within the 3MinuteMatch.com Web site), agents, employees, partners, affiliates, licensees and subsidiaries from any and all losses, claims, damages, expenses (including reasonable fees, disbursements, and other charges of Counsel), actions, proceedings, liabilities or investigations (whether formal or informal), or threats thereof, based upon, relating to, or arising in connection with your attendance at any of our events, any and all of the services that 3MinuteMatch provides or claims to provide, as well as communications or meetings that you arrange on your own volition and on your own time with others who have participated in a 3MinuteMatch event. You agree that you take sole and complete responsibility for any and all actions that might occur during any meeting, communication or date.

We reserve the right to take photographs at our events and use in media publications as we deem appropriate. We reserve the right to invite media to attend events. We, along with certain permitted third parties including, without limitation, representatives of the television, radio, print and online media, may photograph and/or make audio/video recordings of any of our events. By attending and participating in any event, each participant agrees to permit the taking of any such photographs and to be recorded in both audio and video media. We will however ask your permission for any close up pictures of you and others. We will make our best efforts to communicate and ensure participants who do not wish to be filmed or photographed will not be, although we make no representation or guarantees regarding whether a participant is filmed of photographed.

Each participant at our event also irrevocably authorizes us, our agents, representatives, successors and assigns to use in perpetuity, throughout the world, in any manner whatsoever, all or any portion of photographs and audio/video recordings in which the participant appears, and any comments, statements or testimonials made by such participant, while attending an event. Such photographs may be used by us, our agents, associates, representatives, successors and/or assigns for any legal purpose including, without limitation, marketing and advertising of our events or products, or for editorial purposes. No person shall be entitled to any compensation in connection with the use and exploitation of any photographs or audio/video recordings.

Each participant at one of our events irrevocably releases us, our principals, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns from and against any and all claims, suits, liabilities, or damages which such person may have in connection the exploitation of photographs and/or audio/video recordings in any manner or format.

We are not liable for any damage, without limitation, resulting from use of our website. This includes damages or viruses that may infect your computer equipment or other property resulting from your access to, use of or browsing of our web site or your downloading of any materials, data, text, images, video or audio from our web site.

Until such time though, this Agreement will remain in full force and effect while you use this web site and/or participate in any 3MinuteMatch events. By using the 3MinuteMatch website or participating in 3MinuteMatch events, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement.

These "Terms" apply to all users of the 3MinuteMatch.com website, whether or not they are a registered member. If you do not agree to the terms set forth, please do not register. 3MinuteMatch keeps all information supplied by you confidential. User authorizes 3MinuteMatch to release said information to other Users who you "match" with.

I hereby understand this agreement and I am bound by the terms and conditions of this agreement. I have also read and understood the Reservations Policy and Privacy Policy, and agree to the terms of those policies.
